By using the DS GDrive Bot, you agree to use the service strictly for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you transfer. You must not use the bot to upload, stream, host, or distribute illegal content, malware, explicit materials, or copyrighted materials for which you do not possess the appropriate licenses or rights. Abuse of the bot's server resources or attempting to bypass security and API rate limits will result in an immediate and permanent ban from using the service.
Your authentication relies on bridging your secure Google Account with your Telegram profile. You are completely responsible for safeguarding your Telegram account. Any actions performed via your connected Telegram session are presumed to be authorized by you. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Telegram accounts.
The DS GDrive Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain maximum uptime and reliability for file transfers, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the service, the speed of transfers, or the absolute prevention of data loss. We are not responsible for any corrupted files or failed transfers caused by network timeouts, Telegram API limits, or Google Drive API quotas. You are fully responsible for maintaining secondary backups of your critical data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, throttle, or permanently discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without prior notice. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time; continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
In no event shall the developers of DS GDrive Bot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
